Each Member declares and undertakes to: (i) have and/or has all the rights and powers necessary to offer and rent the Property listed by that Member for rent; (ii) a rental deposit will not be illegally held in violation of the underlying lease; (iii) accurately describe the rental property in question, disclose any material defects or material information about a rental property and, upon request or otherwise, from time to time, review the content and location or geographic description of the property to ensure that it is accurate and not misleading; (iv) it will not wrongly deny access to the listed property; and (v) it will not fail to provide a refund if it is due in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy or the underlying rental agreement. “User Provided Content” also includes information that a user or other person has provided to a third-party website or mobile application, which is then made available to our site through a tool we offer or any other exchange of content that we have authorized to provide to our website. At our request, each member undertakes to provide us without delay with such proof of personal identification, proof that the condition, location or amenities related to the property are well described in the list, proof of ownership of the property mentioned on the website and / or proof of the listing power of the property.
